Here's my 629 Prediction :
Here's its continuation i.e., 630. If you have not yet read the 629 then kindly do read it to read its continuation.
Note : This one is not the original 630 prediction by me.

(Naruto is about to hit Sasuke but Sasuke is still standing calm)
The bonds.....
(Naruto is racing towards Sasuke)
NARUTO : ...... [ How is he so calm? ] (remembers)

(Sasuke's mad face at their last meeting)
But he can never be so calm
(remembers how both reacted to each others attacks)
Still...

(gets serious)

KURAMA : Naruto! Don't push your luck. I am out of chakra
NARUTO : I have to....
]
KONOHA 11 : Naruto...
SAKURA : (both hands joined like a girl do for things she cares about) Naruto... (tears rolls down her eyes)(remembers)

NARUTO : If we fight again.....we both gonna die.

NARUTO : .....
(Close to hit the rasengan on Sasuke's face)
(Naruto forcefully goes in Kyuubi chakra mode)
HASHIRAMA/TOBIRAMA/MINATO : ?!!
SASUKE : ......(still calm)
NARUTO : (as he goes in KCM from body to hand holding the rasengan) ?!!! [ His chak...chakra? ]
SASUKE : .....
EVERYONE : .....?
NARUTO : (stops his hand close to Sasuke's face while dispersing the rasengan rapidly) Sas..Sasu...Sasuke?
(His hands starts shaking)
SASUKE : .....(looking at Naruto's shaking hand in front of his face)
SAKURA : (eyes full of tears) ?!!
SASUKE : (grabs Naruto's wrist, moves it aside and activates EMS) Naruto.(Naruto's eye pupils begins to shake)
NARUTO : ?!!

KURAMA : He caught you in his genjutsu. Na-
???? : Hold on...Kyuubi.
SFX : TAP. TAP. TAP.
KURAMA : ?!!
KURAMA : [ His eyes.. ]
SASUKE : Kyuubi. How were you connected to the Uchiha clan? How did Uchiha Madara found you?
KURAMA : Uchiha...Madara? (remembers)
(The floor which is made up of liquid starts boiling as the words hit Kurama's ears)

(The scene changes with the boiling liquid turning black)
SFX : CLASH!!!!
SFX : CLASH!!!!
SFX : THUD!!!
SFX : SLIDE!!!
(Wood getting sliced out from Obito's right arm)
(Obito and Kakashi separates out after throwing deadly attacks on each other)
(Obito holding a sword in his left hand while wooden branch in a bad condition is surrounded on his right arm)
OBITO : (panting) You're skilled to stand against my Mokuton. Not bad.
(Kakashi holding a chain with a heavy weight at its end covered with lightning)
KAKASHI : (panting)..... [ Because of your....] (remembers Obito's dying wish)
(both dashes towards each other)
KAKASHI : (while fighting with Obito) [ If this continues...I won't be able to explain him....He's not in a condition to listen....Rin ](remembers)

SFX : RUN....JUMP....SPLASH
KAKASHI : Hurry!!
RIN : (panting) Kakaaashi...I...I can't run anymore.
KAKASHI : Rin..we must hurry. We have to get out of this place. They are close.
RIN : They're after me....Kakashi. We won't be able to escape.
KAKASHI : (sadly) Rin. (makes handsigns)

KAKASHI : (looks at Rin) Rin...(Chidori active in his hand. Raises his hand)
RIN : Kakashi?!!
SFX : CHIRPPPPPPPP.............!!!

KAKASHI : ?!! (lowers down to dodge Obito's attack)
(touches the ground with the palm of his other hand such that he stands vertically on the support of his one hand)
(swings the lightning covered chain towards Obito's leg)
OBITO : (lowers his head) Hmm. (jumps and kicks hard in kakashi's gut)
KAKASHI : Gyahhhh!
(blood spills out of his mask)
(His grip on the chain looses and he drops it)
(Kakashi gets thrown away the way he stood with his hand's support)
KAKASHI : (coughs while getting paced out).....
SFX : THAK
KAKASHI : ?!! (looks at Obito)
(Obito has grabbed his legs with the wooden hand while still in the air)
OBITO : (lands) Aaaaaa!!!
(lifts Kakashi with his wooden arm)
(swings and crashes him on the opposite side of the ground)
KAKASHI : (lying on the ground. Head bleeding)......
OBITO : (devilish laugh) Get up!!! Get up Kakashi!!!! (gets mad) Get up Bastard!!!
(tears rolls down from his Sharingan eye)
KAKASHI : (tries to get up but fails) Arghhh....
SFX : THUD
OBITO : Get up Kakashi!! Before completing my dream, I want to kill you badly. I will avenge Rin's death. I- hehehe....
KAKASHI : ?!!
OBITO : I- hehehe..(laughs madly) I want to kill this Obito Uchiha. I will sever those bonds..hehehehe.. Only I, the creator of the new world will leave from here.
(A devil with a smile on his face and tears in his eye is shown)
KAKASHI : ?!! (remembers)

SFX : CHIRPPPPPPP......
RIN : ?!!!!
(Kakakshi cuts through one of the Mist Ninja with his Chidori who attacked Kakashi from behind)
KAKASHI : [ Something is wrong ] (looks at Rin's crying face) Rin? (holds her arms) Rin? Listen. We have to get out of here. Are you listening?
RIN : ....
KAKASHI : I cannot break my promise to Obito.
RIN : ?!!
KAKASHI : (raise his hand and activates Chidori once again. His determined face is focussed) Even if it costs me my life.
(grabs her hand and runs)
(reaches at the shores of the ocean)
MIST NINJA 1 : Look there they are!! Kill that brat!!
MIST NINJAS : Get'em!! (dashes forward) WATER STYLE : WATER CHAINS!!!
KAKASHI : (looks at the Ninjas) WATER STYLE : WATER DRAGON JUTSU!!
SFX : BOIL!! (rapidly)
SFX : ROAR!!!
MIST NINJA : ?!! That's a Jounin level technique.
(One huge water dragon emerges out of ocean)
KAKASHI : (still holding the seal) (panting) Huh..huh...(chakra drained condition) Rin stay behind me...?!!
SFX : WATER SLIDE.
(Kakashi's arms and legs are chained with water chains)
RIN : Kakashi?!! (looks at the incoming Mist Ninjas)...Kakashi. I want to tell you something. The thing which they are after is within me...within Nohara clan members.
(speaks something to Kakashi which is not heard by anyone)
KAKASHI : ?!!
SFX : GRRRRRRR (of the Water Dragon)
RIN : Do it, Kakashi.
(Kakashi activates Chidori)
SFX : CHIRP!!
MIST NINJAS : ?!! Hurry!! Don't get scared by a brat.
SFX : THROW!!
(Mist Ninjas throws explosive kunais at the dragon)
SFX : BOOM!!! SPLASH!!!
(Water Dragon Bursts)
KAKASHI : (forces himself to break through the water chains) [ Rin...Obito ]
SFX : THUD. CHIRPPPPPP.......
KAKASHI : ?!!
RIN : (holding Kakashi's pierced hand) ...(smile on her face)Thank you.....(her facial expression changes and grip on Kakashi's hand looses and her hand falls) ...Kakashi...
(Tears flows from Kakashi's Sharingan eye)
(Kakashi's face gets saddened)
(holds Rin by her shoulder)
(Blood spills out of Rin's mouth)
(Kakashi removes his hand from Rin's chest and leaves her)
(Rin falls on the ground)
SFX : THUD!
MIST NINJA 1 : Sh*t, he got us.
MIST NINJA 2 : After we worked so much to get it.
(Kakashi faints and falls on the ground with the activation of Mangekyo Sharingan)

KAKASHI : (holds himself to get up) Obito....(coughs) You want to kill me? You want to take revenge for Rin? You want to kill yourself? But... the one you want to kill died with Rin that day. I'm not the Kakashi and you are not the Obito we used to be....anymore. Only remained are the bonds we shared together. And I won't allow you to sever them!!
OBITO : ?!!
KAKASHI : (activates Chidori) Let's finish this!!
(Kakashi determined to protect his bonds with Obito and Rin)
