The dead however, are brought back with an undying body and no end to their chakra

Tobirama- Hmph, I initially thought of the jutsu after my brother Itama's death at the hands of the Uchiha, however it was not until recently that i managed to make progress, it is yet to be perfected
But for the sake of the future it cannot be helped, i am doing this for peace
