No,it's naruto that he is sensing (that's why the next page shows naruto using his chakra)
Reason why it's bothering him cause either:
1. He sensed that naruto is getting stronger
2. That naruto is fighting are war for Konoha (that he stands againsts,for now).

So if naruto chakra sasuke is sensing that mean sasuke have an upper hand against naruto speed if they battle because sasuke can sense naruto movement and see it with his EMS eyes.Thank you
That doesnt make any sense. Just becuase Narutos chakra is huge enough to be sensed by non-sesnsors from the great distance doesnt mean that Sasuke will be able to visualy keep up with.So if naruto chakra sasuke is sensing that mean sasuke have an upper hand against naruto speed if they battle because sasuke can sense naruto movement and see it with his EMS eyes.Thank you
it was naruto remember naruto with fulll power is strong enough to give chakra to other ninja after first batting bujii then obito after the 10 tail. and still enough power to give chakra to them of course it be powerful enough to go that far.
