it was quiet obvious orochimaru was not dead. well the main factors are

1.orochimaru is like lord voldomord who split his souls in different vessels and in curse marks he put on his subordinates hence in a way oro was immortal

2.during itachi vs sasuke , oro appeard form curse mark ist while oro was already dead off hand off sasuke. not only this even during sealing process oro was able to split his one snake off the total body but got burnet. it shows that oro was quiet resilient shinobi who couldnt die easily.
i am only laughing at people who said oro was completely sealed when how can u ignore the whole sound valley ninja's branded with cursed mark. of course oro can come back form any of those vessels. u oro haters are completely noob ass

Sure, the chapter was awesome, and Orochimaru's return is great.

But here comes the but - we haven't seen Tobi fight against Naruto since the latter pwned the Tailed Beasts to smithereens. I'm getting sick of all this teasing.

Oh well, the hyped Gedo Mazo received an uppercut and for that I'm satisfied at the moment.

no i think the fact that curse mark is still on anko's neck is a prove that oro is alive
maybe it had to disapear if oro was dead .
