I honestly believe the chapter was full of fail.. :/ No Significant character development, I learnt absolutely nothing about Madara or Tobi ....The Main Villains...

The one character we all thought/saw was sealed by Itachi was the main focus of the Chapter...

Finally Kishi steps up yes a great chapter the tension is building perfectly now. Jugo seems to be concerned that another curse seal person is in trouble. Oro still alive lol man he and kabuto should have a talk now.

Madara is bored lol man he really just insulted the kages right there can't wait for him to meet sasuke though, he may pull the big bro card and say how sasuke reminds him of his lil bro. So the theories are coming thru now: Tobi using gold and silver bros as subs and sasuke is gonna fight madara (possibly with naruto) yes let the manga end with a bang.

I find it funny that its suppose to be a world war yet no semi-important good guy has died yet. The only casualties have been fodder shinobi and edos. Edos don't really count since they're already dead. Also, since the manga has finally gone back to naruto/kakashi/gai's fight, i want to know if and when is gai going to open the eigth gate. If kishi ends this manga without him or lee using it, he's a douche.

I had no idea Sasuke was even aware that the Rinnegan existed...I thought he was still excited that he got a EMS.

Its called The Third Power for this reason:

In war the main contenders are considered powers, up until this point the allied shinobi force was the 1st power and Tobi's side was the 2nd Power

With this crucial information on the scroll Sasuke can become a big part of the war e.g. the Third Power

Well we learnt that Sasuke is questioning what it truly means to be a ninja in the shinobi world. He is reevaluating his morals and thinking about continuing his revenge or maybe expanding it to other hidden villages.

Madara said my fun has been ruined which imo is because he now no longer has infinite chakra and is a mere mortal. In this case, he now needs to find the kyubbi because if he continues fighting the kages, his chakra reserves will drop.

Tobi is now unleashing the power of the Ten tails which was predicted by Shikamaru when he realized that Tobi took the sealing pot because it contained a portion of the kyubbi's power.

This chapter also gave some character development to Suigetsu and Naruto
making the chapter a bit funny as well.

Itachi told him that when madara got ems it gave birth to a new doujutsu

So he knows there is another power..

So when he saw the scroll he said "This is it.."

it think it is the most awesome chapter that i have met. i knew sasuke had some goodness in him even though he won't show it or admit it. for orochimaru i think it will be that he will use the sharingan on kabuto since a piece of orochimaru is in him.
