He saved the asses of many fodder ninja's and also Hacibi's(Spelling) giant ass form the previous Jinchurickis(spelling)...Plus this can also give the kages Backup from the other fodder ninja's who were fighting with other edo's......Itachi is the Best ...

so as I understand that if the one who was summoned knows how to release the technique, along with the seals necessary, he can break out of the command.

this is what I understood from the speech. I wish we had better translation.

for the moment he can't. hashirama's soul is already sealed so ET won't work.
however we'll most likely see him. a lot of "can't be done" things happen nowadays.
