Madara isn't immortal, and doesn't have unlimited chakra.

EMS Madara does not have access to Preta Path's Jutsu Absorbing technique.

The OP is talking about all the powers we've seen from Madara as an Edo, so Preta path would be a problem for Naruto.

I really don't know why you talk about Preta Path... Madara can't absorb all of Naruto's BM chakra at once, and Madara can't use Preta Path while his Susano'o is active.

I disagree with a few of your statements .

1) i dont think one bijuu mode clone is stronger than 5 bijuus.
2) You cant take away some of his edo powers for the sake of your thread.Unlimited chakra is an edo ability.
Narutos bijuu mode is limited to 5min . So your saying in 5 minutes he could get thru his EMS,Rinnegan,Mokuton. I dont think so :flaw:

It was only limited to 5 minutes because that was his first transformation. The more he uses BM, the longer he'll be able to stay in it as he masters it.

Naruto isn't the only one who can make clones. We see that Madara can also make clones, plus I think that Madara Uchiha is way too much of a powerhouse for Naruto. His wood-style would be a little hard for Naruto to get by, and we do not know the full power of Madaras Perfect Susanoo.

Then why did the thread starter mention Rinnegan, mokuton, meteor and perfect susanoo? I can't remember 'EMS' Madara using Rinnegan.

No it's Madara with all the powers he has as a edo except the edo immortality and unlimited chakra because that kind of makes it unfair since he cant die or run out of chakra.

Madara can only do that because of his unlimited chakra if he was living he probadly could only make 5 mokuton clones at most.

I dont see how Naruto could possibly lose to Madara. Perfect susano is only equal to one bijuu not five so he could easily destroy it. Sure he has preta path but Naruto is a master at taijutsu even if lets say Madara has susano on he can have one clone pull Madara out of susano with his chakra arms and then use rasenshuriken with the other clone and have one of his sage mode clones use frog kata on him and then while his down from the attack he can have another one use a tailed beast ball on him and then while Madara's knocked out from tbb he can use his sealing tech that he used to seal Kurama.

That statement is too vague to use for gauging Perfect Susanoo's power.
