Jiraya and Iruka definately. He doesn't show much care for Kakashi though lol. Imo Kakashi and Sakura should hop off the list.

Not really and the more you say it doesn't make it any more true. Iruka is the most important person to Naruto because if it wasn't for Iruka(the first person to put trust in and care for Naruto) then Naruto wouldn't have gotten over his aggression towards the village or passed the ninja academy to meet Sasuke and would have ended up like Gaara. Naruto even said so himself during their first fight that if he hadn't found friends(the first one being Iruka) then he would be in the same spot as Gaara was.
