RSM Features: TSB, and 9 Magatama on the back.

The Last Naruto and Gaiden Naruto do not have these feats.

Databook disproves you as rsm features differ.
Obito snatched rikudou senjutsu from madara And didn't have these features
When Naruto saved guy he didn't have these features he had eyes with bsm pattern but no eye shadow and the databook confirms that as rsm.
