Jesus Christ people, it's pretty obvious that Kishimoto likes to play around with Naruto's design in BSM/RSM lol. And as shown in the manga and The Last, Truth Seeking Balls come when the user wants them to and disappear on command. Naruto wasn't using RSM when he sealed Black Zetsu with Kaguya after all.

Doubt it. I think we discussed that TSB aren't made from Bijuu chakra, whether you believe it or not is not really worth getting into a long debate about.

Naruto still has access to Bijuu chakra, if he needed it, he can always upgrade to the form. Nothing is holding him back except plot. There's no evidence proving that Naruto lost their chakra outside of him not using RSM, it's the same logic people used when Naruto used Sage Mode + Kyuubi chakra in the Last.

Now he uses Rikudou chakra in this film, but he doesn't go all out. Same with Sasuke, he doesn't even use his Rinnegan paths or his main Rinnegan abilities outside of his S/T.

Basically an overkill.

Sasuke said Naruto was low on bijuu chakra, ever since Sasuke made that comment the TSB form has been MIA.
Plot is just a terrible excuse.. The guy was captured.. And needed to be saved, there's no way that would happen without Naruto using his most powerful form..

RSM Naruto has 7 TSB and 2 chakra rods,and if he does has RSM then he would have used it. Why would he use KCM when he has RSM that can instantly heal people, give limbs etc.


Sasuke on the other hand:

• Still has his Rinnegan and it's fully mastered.
• Able to enter Kaguya's dimensions ,he can even take other people with him
• Has more battle experience since he's always on a mission.

Now that Naruto has lost his RSM (which mean no more TSB, jesus healing, Asura Avatar etc) it's clear that he's tiers below Sasuke now. And Sasuke can pretty much kill him any time he wants without plot-restriction.
