Naruto long hair

When did he cut it because on the mountain which his face is craved in like the others hokage his hair is still long. If the anime continues from 699 in between with new arcs and storys it will be awesome to see how Naruto became hokage and maybe new villains in between and when it reaches to the point of 700 its a perfect end for shippuden which should end around 2017.

Sequentially it would have to of been after he got his mold done for the hokage face statue but before the hokage inauguration because his hair was short by then
