Well Juubi Jins have a very fast recovery rate and his medical ninjutsu as a JJ was pretty advanced. If anyone it was pretty easy for a guy like him to transplant an eye really quickly.

Don't see how this is a stretch considering Juubi Madara (in a majin buu manner) regenerated half of his body.

The anime gave a little more detail. It was slowed down, and the eye sizzled, like a healing effect. Plus you know, perfect regeneration and advanced knowledge on eyes.

He also supposedly changed eyes many times, so he's an expert.
