Now if we want to be precise we need to actually clarify what hard work and natural talent means. Both Naruto and Lee didn't have natural talent at learning things, they did have though courage and in naruto's case an extraordinary chakra to pull off his hard training. From that aspect he was working hard and he was able to work that hard exactly because of his uzumaki' lineage, Kurama's chakra and his courage. For Lee I don't need to say anything. However, in Sasuke's case natural talent and hard work can coincide but with a different meaning than the one you gave. You said that Sasuke learned Lee's technique very fast and that's true. However, being only one technique by saying that he learned it so fast he might haven't worked that hard to be called hard-worker. BUT if we compare his 3 years training in which he was training non-stop, then yes there we can call it hard training because at the end of the day it's the amount of time you spend to get the title of a hard worker, not the efficiency with which you end up doing things.

First of all, it's called Chidori, not Lightning Blade. Second, Sasuke trained for more than just that:

>Shunshin/speed
>Sharingan jutsu (genjutsu)
>Shurikenjutsu

Sasuke has also gotten better at Kenjutsu.

Then he automatically gets MS after losing CM and began spamming the jutsus, then got EMS and spammed more. I'm ok with that free power up but I wanted Sasuke to actually train with his EMS so we can see it's true power but we never seen Sasuke fully master it and it looks like he's about to get the Rinnegan or some other power up eye. It's as Lee said, since Sasuke have natural talent, he doesn't have to train as hard as a regular person would, Naruto actually had to train harder than others since he lacked the basics (Jiraiya helped honed those skills tho). It's as the Sage saged about Ashura, he was weak at first but when he worked with others, know suffering and hard work then his chakra bloomed; Naruto got stronger this same way.

Also Naruto actually had to train to not only get Kurama's power but to use it and even when he was using it, he had the risk of being killed since Kurama was taking some of his chakra too until he chose to stop. Sasuke did train hard but Naruto is shown to train harder than most people, not only because Kurama makes Naruto's chakra control much harder as stated by Kakashi

. Also you noticed how Sasuke was about to get Lee speed and Taijutsus but it was said Sasuke used the sharingan to copy Lee's moves and used that to help him in increasing his speed which was still hard but easier from using the sharingan to copy Lee's style as Kakashi stated
