Raikage can End naruto with a Few direct Punches, Even naruto Stated if he gets hit he is Finnished.
Km naruto isn't that much Faster than A.

High Difficulty.So people say naruto is faster than the Raikage, I don't think so.Dodging one punch isn't enough for me to give him that titled when he couldn't get by A(Raikage) for the majority of that fight.Furthermore, naruto strongest attack couldn't killed A(Raikage).
