The Tsuchikage smiled as he looked up to the top of the gate. He then watched as Tsubasa unsheathed his Golden Dragon Sword. “Oh! You have a super-special-awesome-semi-shiny weapon I see… seems as though you have all of the weapons at your disposal. Also, I find it quite funny that you think that was my full speed. You must be crazy! Why would I show you my full speed or power so early on? You Uchiha are so full of yourselves it’s ridiculously irritating. Not to mention, your Sharingan is mostly illusionary speed while mine is pure. Eventually there will be a point where you won’t even see me coming with your eyes.”
Tetsuke was confident for several reasons… he had access to the Eight Gates and that combined with his natural speed and raw power was troublesome for anyone. Nevertheless, Tsubasa wasn’t phased in the slightest. “Don’t get me wrong, I have no doubt that you are powerful. Not many Shinobi have the amount of Chakra Natures or intellect to sharpen your sword with the wind affinity and strengthen the blade with stone. Unfortunately, your weapons will not help you here and neither will your precious Sharingan.”
It took some time, but when he noticed that Tsubasa’s Golden Dragon sword change shape and form, his eyes sparkled. “Oooooh, it changes too? How intriguing. Only a true blacksmith such as me could respect and appreciate such a weapon. Still, while it seems your sword is powerful, and one not to be taken lightly, the fact still remains that it will be of no use to you.”
“You know, you talk entirely too much for me…” Tsubasa said; ending what seemed like endless dialogue from Tetsuke.
Tetsuke smirked once more before crashing his fist into the gate. “Get down her and fight me like a real man then.”
At this point, Tsubasa had no more words for the Tsuchikage. He threw his Tensa Zangetsu in the middle of the Great Naruto Bridge and began forming hand seals. As he did this, his Evolving or Three Tomoe Sharingan transformed into his Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. “Water Release – Tearing Torrent.” Water began spiraling in Tsubasa’s hands and he began firing them at high speeds towards Tetsuke.
Seeing this, Tetsuke quickly put his hand on the hilt of his Yamahakaisha, “Trying to get me in the water around the bridge I see, but I’m not falling for that. I’m well aware of your Lightning affinity. Iaido Aori!”
With a flash Tetsuke slashed his sword vertically up, and at the same time putting wind chakra onto his blade and releasing it in between the water, then sheathing it again. The air formed a giant crescent shape which ripped right through the Jutsu. Tsubasa saw the wind blade blazing at him, and once it reached him it stopped and there was only an instant where there was a line straight from Tetsuke to his Uchiha opponent. The air was dead by the time it reached him, but that wasn't what came at him the instant the water was split.
As time seemed to stop for that tiny bit Tetsuke pierced into his opponent's eyes with his own, the ground still regulating his chakra. A fist was inches away from the Uchiha’s face as Tetsuke took that second to blaze past the water and reach Tsubasa, this was his true speed, and yes he could stop at a moment’s notice. It was almost as he had teleported over to him, but only a second later you would see the water be blown to the side as the power of his run caused air to burst outwards. The Kage wanted to show his opponent that he wasn't bluffing, but there was still a giant grin on his face for that second. Tetsuke's feet were at a position of stopping, so the instant that Tsubasa would move out of the way, Tetsuke would follow him to keep the fight as close as possible. But if he moved out of the way, Tetsuke would be where he stopped crouched down with his elbow aimed right for his opponent's kidney. Tetsuke had no doubt what so ever of how fast Tsubasa could move; he just was more of testing him out.
With Tetsuke being inches away from Tsubasa, he smirked as he muttered, “Earth Release – Earth Dome.” Tsubasa used his left hand only to form certain hand signals at a blindingly fast pace and right after he was done with that, he formed hand signs with his right hand by itself. One at first may think that he was being a coward and trying to hide behind his Jutsu, but that was until you realized what Jutsu he was doing now.
“Fire Release – Running Fire and Wind Release – Divine Wind!” This Jutsu creates jets of fire that can be manipulated into several forms. This one in particular being two rings of fire. One on the ground running around to circle the Tsuchikage and the other being midair to stop him from trying to jump over the flames on the ground. Also, it was the perfect set up when in combination with the Wind Release- Divine Wind as when these two Jutsu’s are combined it creates a massive flaming hurricane. And that’s just what was happening. A gust of wind was formed several small tornadoes which ended up combining in the clouds right above the circle at which the Tsuchikage stood.
Suddenly, like a hurricane dropping a massive amount of water on a city, the hurricane dropped a massive amount of wind which forced the fire to turn into a tornado itself. With the added power of the wind, if you got hit by the fire, you wouldn’t only be burned, but would also get cut. Tsubasa was interested in seeing how this would pan out.
As you could see from the aftermath of these two techniques being used in combination, it stretched over area. So flames were now crackling around the Earth Dome and on top of it. These Jutsu together were powerful enough to hurt even the user himself. Which was why it was smart to protect yourself with another Jutsu before using it.
Tetsuke watched as the scenery seemed to change and realized that he was the one being tested now. For the moment, it seemed like this was the end for the Tsuchikage… “Damn it!”
