Been reading a few of the early chapters of Part 1 as a reminiscence of Naruto as a whole, and I just noticed that he kept his words with this particular statement while battling Neji.

Pretty sure Naruto wanted to fix the whole branch family and head family fighting and there is no proof he has achieved that.

When he said he"ll change the Hyuga he was talking about how they do things. Such as having a branch family and a main family, eliminating the curse mark placed on them at birth and also talking about putting a end to the squabble between them.
