Naruto as Kage just seems wrong. It ll have to happen its his show, he's truly strong and great motivator but he'd be a poor Kage too many emotion fuelled choices rus off enraged into battle seen many times he becomes enraged and can't control and it. Takes Yamato or kakashi to bring him down.

Kakashi shoud be Kage after tsunade ( two months ago would ve said shikaku)
Shikamaru my first choice for Kage after kakashi, not the strongest but can make the hard decisions and given the strong ninja that would at his disposal the village would be at its safest.

So you're are implicating that Naruto did not master TBM and being in control of his powers now. Do you see Yamato and Kakashi having to surpress his chakra? I don't see them. Naruto right now is in Bijuu Mode and I never for once saw him getting enraged like when he did against Nagato, Orochimaru, Deidara, or Haku,

Honestly, Naruto's been thinking way more clearly after his little confrontation with Sasuke. Chapter 616/617 is proof.

I'd still take Kakashi first, but definitely Naruto second. And who knows, maybe after the war he'll finally calm down and think things through a little more. He's got motivation down, strength down, leadership qualities down, all he needs is a cool head.
