Naruto with the full 9 tails and Madara with perfect susanoo charged toward each other. Naruto enlarged the 9 tail's hands and claws 5 times their original size and lifted them above his head. Madara had all 4 of his arms have blades and spread them outward each diagonally away from him. Naruto and Madara clashed. Naruto mauled the perfect susanoo strait down the middle while Madara slashed the 9 tails cloak in 4 intersecting directions like an X. Both wounds were significant, but both their chakras prevented the wounds to be deep enough to harm the users.
Naruto knocked Madara away by swatting him with one of his tails. In the process, Madara created a chain of 6 yasaka magatamas and threw them at Naruto with the full 9 tails and Madara with perfect susanoo charged toward each other. Naruto enlarged the 9 tail's hands and claws 5 times their original size and lifted them above his head. Madara then made a shockwave through his sword in an attempt to get Naruto. However, Naruto made a tailed beast shockwave that, not only canceled out Madara's but also pushed Madara's perfect susanoo back a good distance. Madara was shocked to see that Naruto had such power.
Madara(thought): I KNEW THAT THE 9 TAILS WAS STRONG ENOUGH TO DESTROY MOUNTAINS AND CREATE TSUNAMIS WITH A SWIPE OF A SINGLE TAIL, BUT THIS SURPASSES EVEN THAT! BEING A PERFECT JINCHURIKI MUST ENABLE HIM TO FOCUS THE 9 TAIL'S POWER AND IMPROVE UPON ITS ABILITIES OVER ALL. HE'LL BE A CHALLENGE.
Madara: HEH HEH! YOU'RE A FUN ONE. UNFORTUNATELY, I'LL HAVE TO BRING THINGS TO A CLOSE SOON. I'LL SHOW YOU THE POWER OF THE SAGE OF 6 PATHS!
Madara was then forming hand signs with his susanoo. Naruto fired rapid biju damas at Madara, but Madara used his 2 remaining arms to deflect them with his swords. They exploded at far distances.
Madara: YOUR BIJU DAMAS MIGHT BE STRONG ENOUGH TO DAMAGE THE SUSANOO, BUT THEY CAN'T DO A THING IF THEY'RE DEFLECTED BEFORE THEY EXPLODE. HEAVEN'S JUDGEMENT!
A meteor, 20X larger than the one Madara used against the alliance when he was first revived was falling at high speeds.
Naruto: ONE OF THOSE AT THAT SIZE WILL KILL ME AND THE ALLIANCE! WE'VE GOT TO DESTROY IT BEFORE IT REACHES THE GROUND KURAMA!
Naruto made a TBB many times the size of the 9 tails. It was larger than any he's made previously. Naruto fired the TBB. When it made contact with the meteor, it made a massive explosion that annihilated it. The explosion, though far away, made huge shockwaves. However, a second one was falling. Naruto was preparing another TBB.
Madara: I DON'T THINK OS. CREATION OF ALL THINGS: BLACK ROD PRISON!
Madara's created a rectangular barrier black rods that made chains the bound Naruto's 9 tails cloak.
Madara: AND WOOD STYLE: DEEP FOREST EMERGENCE!
The wood style engulfed Naruto.
Kurama: UGH, THOSE TREES ARE DRAINING MY CHAKRA AWAY!
Naruto: CAN'T MAINTAIN THE TBB.
Madara: THERE'S NO WAY YOU CAN STOP IT. EVEN IF, BY SOME MIRACLE, YOU'RE ABLE TO MAINTAIN YOUR CLOAK, YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO ACCESS ENOUGH CHAKRA TO DESTROY THE METEOR. THERE'S NO HOPE FOR YOU, OR THIS WORLD. YOU AND THE WORLD HAVE BEEN FUN, BUT IT'S TIME FOR BOTH OF YOU TO END!
Naruto: I'LL SAVE MYSELF, AND THIS WORLD! I'LL KEEP TRYING UNTIL SHADOW CLONE JUTSU!
Naruto's BM clones made ransenshurikens in each arm and cut the wood and rods. He then completed his TBB and used it to destroy the meteor. Naruto then enlarged his arm and smashed Madara's susanoo. Naruto then made a TBB the size of his 9 tails cloak.
Madara: I ALREADY TOLD YOU! YOU CAN'T BEAT ME WITH TAILED BEAST BOMBS! I CAN SIMPLY DEFLECT THEM BEFORE THEY EXPLODE!
Naruto: DEFLECT THIS!
Naruto condensed his TBB and had the 9 tail's mouth swallow it. He then spat it out as a beam.
Madara(thought): IT'S NO LONGER SOLID! IT'S PURE ENERGY BEING RELEASED! I CAN'T DEFLECT THAT!
The beam hit Madara's perfect susanoo. A huge horizontal explosion followed. When the smoke cleared, Madara's susanoo was disappearing from the explosion, but Madara himself was untouched due to preta path.
Naruto removed the cloak and prepared to fight him in taijutsu. Naruto was about to overtake Madara with speed, but Madara repelled him with almighty push.
Naruto: HOW DO YOU HAVE THE 6 PATHS LIKE NAGATO?
Madara: NAGATO'S EYES WERE ACTUALLY MINE. MY PATHS ARE SUPERIOR SINCE I KNOW THE NATURE OF THEM. HE WAS JUST A PRETENDER. HE IS NOTHING COMPARED TO ME!
Madara then used almighty push again, but Naruto used his tails to brace himself and repel Madara instead. Naruto dashed toward Madara. The 5 seconds were up. Madara prepared to use almighty push against Naruto.
Naruto: YOUR EYES TECHNIQUES MAY BE BETTER.... BUT YOU DON'T HAVE NAGATO'S EXPERIENCE WITH THEM.
Naruto disappeared with a puff of smoke.
Madara: A SHADOW CLONE. HE MUST HAVE MADE IT WHILE I WAS BEING REPELLED AND DIDN'T HAVE A CHANCE TO LOOK. I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO DISTINGUISH THIS CLONE FROM THE ORIGINAL!
The real Naruto slammed Madara using a chakra arm before Madara could prepare to absorb it. Madara was damaged severely.
Naruto: NOW!
Kakashi then used kamui to teleport a piece of Madara's body into the kamui dimension.
Kakashi: WITH THIS, YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO REGENERATE FULLY TO RESIST THE SEALING TEAM.
The sealing team then was in the process of sealing Madara.
Naruto: I DID IT!
Hinata: NARUTO.
Lee: ALL RIGHT! WE'VE ONE!
Shikimaru: INCREDIBLE! WHO'D HAVE THOUGHT NARUTO WOULD HAVE BEATEN BOTH OF THE MASTERMINDS OF THE ENEMY?!
Madara: THANK YOU NARUTO. AS I THOUGHT, YOU'D BE A GREAT SUBSTITUTE FOR HASHIRAMA.
Naruto:!
Madara: YOU'VE MADE THESE LAST FEW MOMENTS EXTREMELY ENTERTAINING.

The Juubi was being absorbed by Obito.
