Hashirama and Naruto both have huge chakra pools, but they also have rather weak chakra. Sasuke and any other Uchiha may not have as much chakra as a Senju/Uzumaki, but they have a way more powerful chakra. Also, I'm having a hard time fully understanding what you are meaning. Also:

Chakra Quality
Sasuke > Hashirama
Sasuke > Naruto

Chakra Quantity
Hashirama > Sasuke
Naruto > Sasuke
