Well to start of, its very complicated, and you will feel the need to ask questions, but I repeat, don't complain if the Jutsu is too op or up, doesn't matter, this was just my imagination!
Yin Yang Release Full Time Jutsu!
Basiclly to begin this Jutsu, it is in the symbol of a Yin Yang
Here is an example:
Now, this Jutsu will be a 2 finger Seal Genjutsu.
You put two fingers in each Hole, and then your hand to turn around to make a circle on the targets stomach. Then the targets stomach will have a yin yang on it. ( This is posted from my friend who I texted it too btw: ).
If you turn your fingers in Yin Reverse, ( Its like a clock ) it changes the person back to when they were kids, the more you turn the jutsu, the younger the target gets. But it Drains all your chakra. But thats the point! You also are not able to engage combat on the target, if you kill them, the jutsu reverses on you, so you have to wait. But the target can also not move either, the target is Frozen.
If you turn your fingers in Yang Reverse, it changes the target to become old, and powerless, but has all there chakra absorbed into the user, but since this jutsu ( Yang Reverse ) uses No chakra, it means it takes a huge amount of time to prepare for the next part of the jutsu, and they are defenseless against the user who uses the Yin or Yang. Just like the user can't use anything on the target. Incase it reverses on them.
You can only use Yang, once you have used Yin first!
Now once you have done the first two stages in Order,
You move onto the final part of the Clock Jutsu:
While the Target is still old from Yang Reverse.
Now you can use
: Yin-Yang Release
What is does is, you take your fingers and move them around in a complete circular motion, to create the shape, then take your hands from the targets stomach, and do the sign Deidara uses for his Jutsu:

The words you say is: Yin-Yang Release! And this is what the final part of this jutsu does:
If you say Yin-Yang Clock Release in that hand sign ^. It goes into the ultimate genjutsu, it makes them live there life again in an alternate Universe.
And because you just used Yang Reverse on the target the target is old, and the longer you turned yang reverse in for, the long the target has to live in this other universe, but its the exact same when they were a child!
But in this alternate Universe: Years = Seconds.
But the target will start getting major Dejavu in this place, and start remembering that this has all happened before. And the only way out of this alternate universe it to kill yourself. And if the target fails to realise this, he/she will die of old age. But if the target does manage to come out, it will still be hard because all the targets chakra was absorbed in Yang Reverse anyway.
So I know you are confused, some might be , I will show you what I mean by all this:
First you have to do Yin Reverse, which is making the target go young and sacrificing all your chakra.
To do Yang Reverse, you first must so Yin first, when you do Yang reverse, it absorbs all the targets chakra.
Lastly to do the Yin Yang Release, you must use the Chakra you just got from yang reverse, and then release the Symbol on the target, and doing the above, alternate universe etc.
So it goes in order like this:
Yin > Yang > Yin-Yang
You must do it in this order!
