Neither Naruto, Sasuke or ghost Hagoromo has chakra for that. Kakashi was out of chakra besides he can not heal.

The only left who are not in IT are Tailed beasts and Sakura so I guess them.

Most likely Tailed beasts will aid Sakura with chakra allowing her to do it as she is also out of chakra.

There's no confirmation that the deal on his hand was the reason behind the healing.

Definitely......sasuke got no chakra.....I guess CT grip will b loose now for TB to escape and lend a hand to naruto...he will heal himself and then heal sasuke...he can regenerate .........
