what's the test to be jonin?
even if there is one why hasn't sakura and naruto I mean everyone kiba,shika,shino,hinata... become jonin?
they are strong enough right?

I mean sakura has killed sasori with help but still..
and naruto i mean cmon... does that need an explanation?
Why hasn't Tsunade promoted him to Jonin?

His has to earn it the same way everyone else does. Also, I don't think promoting anyone is at the top of Tsunade's priority list at the moment.

Jounin have to not only have power, but the leadership and mental abilities of a jounin. Naruto and the others just dont have either the power, or the mental abilities to be a jounin (Only person I would consider for jounin would be shino, save Neji who is already one). Plus there is a war right now, so that itself takes priority over ranking

Well right now Naruto could complete any mission all by himself... i mean come on he is a one man army... Just look at how he helped everyone around the battlefield in this war...
And besides that in terms of power he surpassed ever Jounin out there (all villages) and even the Kages if you ask me.

Honestly, I don't think Naruto is ever going to progress in rank farther.

I think he'll eventually become Hokage without bothering to go beyond a genin. We saw him compete in the Chunin exams in the special and he didn't make it again, I think that's a little hint that it won't happen ha. Just my two cents though

Naruto isnt smart enough too past gennin and he has the power higher then kage only sasuke can kill him

Naruto is higher in rank than all the kages out there meaning sages step and i doub that an of them except gaara can standtoe to toe against a kyuubi clone not, to mentioned a bijuu clone. and unless i hate kage i wouldn't put any of them to fight naruto in sage mode because it wouldn't last long because taijutsu, ninjutsu, speed, sensor and fooling you are naruto style of fighting except gaara troublesome sand if it can keep up with the speed naruto showed in the battle between him and pain or the fox.
