Obito is not one to be underestimated, he was being held back by plot progression immensely. Though both Naruto and Sasuke with their current power are capable of defeating him, it is not a guaranteed win and it would be extremely high difficulty for either side.

That being said, I believe Naruto or Sasuke take it 6 out of 10 times.

Even Naruto's Bijuudama Rasenshuriken are not as strong as 4 Juubidama's all at once. Juubi Power is Nature energy, so therefore Obito's Omnyouton Shield is incredibly powerfull, and can block anything naruto hurls at him.
