Naruto isn't that strong

Naruto isn't that strong. He can't even make Rasengan on his own. Sasuke can make Chidori on his own since he was a kid. Even Boruto can make a Rasengan on his own, and he was just 12 the first time he did it. Naruto needs clones to make Rasengan. He needs clones to do his family duty for him. Boruto has 3 elements. Naruto had only 1 until he got the Rikudo gift. Sasuke had 3 elements light, fire, and inferno.
