Naruto isn't in the other dimension

Okay so we just have been hit with a huge surprise, where is the real naruto?

In all honesty I do not think he is in the other dimension, but please hear me out. You see we all think he is in the other dimension because we think that Kakashi had "warped" the real Naruto into the other dimension. However thats not possible since where could naruto go after landing a hit on Tobi? If you look at the panels its complete darkness and there is no surface area to land at.

My second point: We also have reason to believe that Naruto is in the other dimension because B confirms this on chapter 601 page six when he goes "Oi, naruto if thats the case...?" BUT I don't think B was asking him "oh naruto are you in the other dimension" If you re-read before B asks that question they were talking about the hokages before that, I think B was asking naruto if that meant if the hokages are dead, considering A was on the battle field. It was just bad translation, because I read the manga again on another website that had a different translation.

So this leaves the question, where is Naruto really at? Discuss, you can also say you think hes in the other dimension, but say why you believe so.

Personally I think hes seeking sasuke to help him battle, but I don't think he was on the battle field EVER, I think Naruto finally mastered the kage bunshin, and knows its limits, as long as there is a kagebunshin, it can summon more kagebunshin. SO I wouldn't matter if one died, as long as there was another on the battle field it can just summon more and continue to copy itself, sort of like a virus.

The real Naruto is infront of Bee, the clone is infront of Kakashi and Gai.

I presume another clone was Kamui'd by Kakashi, and vanished once it had broke Tobi's mask.

Actually that seems plausible, because If you look at the panels on page 4 bottom panel, hes right next to B, and on page 4 at at the top you see a third figure right next to guy, and kakashi. Why did madara ask where the real one was then, seems kind of irrelevant...

Lol this thread can die, or survive so others won't ask. Narutos clone is seen on page 16 of 601 Middle panel "flying or zu-ing" towards madara while the real Naruto is using his Chakara tails in the back ground.

Kakashi knows seals. Orochimaru commented on his young age and abilitiy with seals back during the Chunnin Exams.

Of course he is -.- He was near Killer Bee the whole time, the other one was a clone. And that clone was destroyed by Madara when he used his fan. How can people miss stuff like that? Go read the chapter again!

Yeah the confusion started when madara asks the question "wheres the real one obito" I mean being god like I would think he'd be able to differentiate.

This was already covered in another thread. With Madara's "He's a Kage Bunshin too" (too=also=more than one) comment he is including the clone near the Hachibi as well and we can assume that Naruto is still tucked away inside of the pocket dimension

Kakashi's exclamation point tells us that he is realizing this that moment as well. Did you really think that Madara was having problems with his Vision and couldn't see that far downfield? We can also theorize that Obito is intentionally hiding him from Madara since he says nothing. So, Tobito is using Madara here to capture the Kyubi and Hachibi and Naruto is stuck between dimensions. Since we have never seen Kakashi pull something back from Kamui, it also means Tobito has to stay and face Kakashi and Gai or would have to face Naruto in the other dimension or he has to pull Naruto back into this one.

See I've read that, and I kind of figure that Madara caught on, because he pretty much asks "Where is the real one? Obito." Usually, when your questioning you don't end the sentence, then begin a statement with a noun\ noun being Obito's name. Meaning Madara knows that its Obito's doing, and he knows where the real one is. But I dunno man how legit is this translation? But then, we run into the issue of how Naruto is staying afloat in the other dimension...so I dunno.

I hear ya on the frustrations of translation. Unless you speak Japanese and have the Raw then you can never be 100% certain, and even with Katakana the words are still subject to interpretation based on context. But, then we wouldn't have as much to argue about, right? Absolutely no way the Japanese forums are having as much fun as us. xd

People start over interpreting stuff again. With "a clone too" Madara was talking about the Naruto he fought together with the 5 Kage. That was a clone and the Naruto in front of him was a clone as well, thats what he meant
