Naruto isn't ending anytime soon, the SJ manga is though.

Everyone needs to relax with all this Naruto is ending talk. The only thing that's coming to an end is the weekly Naruto chapters in Shonen Jump.
Kishimoto still has numerous Naruto related projects he's working on, including Light-Novels, which are pretty much Official fanfiction for the series.

There's also the "New Era Project" which will be a series of Naruto projects to celebrate the 15th anniversary, the 7th Movie The Last is just the first thing in this series of projects.

My guess is we're probably going to be getting Naruto episodes, anime specials, and spin-offs for at least the better part of a decade, and even then Kishi will never completely abandon Naruto.




EDIT:This just in Masashi Kishimoto has been shot 9 times in the chest, police suspect gang-related activity to be the cause. Forget everything I just said, Kishi is kill.

I'm not reading dat stuff I mean how freaking long does this guy want to stretch this series out for? I good series is one that knows when to end, just look at Star Wars it's still hasn't ended and it's been around since the freaking 70s and the new content sucks.

The real question is would the manga only readers accept a anime or movie as canon? Because from what I know not many here consider anime as anything.
