I seriously doubt it's the Younger Son, Naruto does not embody the Younger Son, for the Younger Son, like his embodiment Hashirama lacks one vital element that Naruto and Rikudou have: Friendship with all the Bijuus.

And also, Naruto is an Uzumaki, not a Senju.
