Sounds like it is going to happen indeed. Also like you said there was the WSJ preview so I believe that he will not just meet the other side of Kurama but a "mysterious old man".

Now just for the sake of speculation Derp, do you believe that it might be the Younger son that he meets and not so6p.

I believe that he will meet the so6p but again this is just for the sake of speculation and also because I want to hear your thoughts on the matter. =D
