When you talk about charecter's being strongest you talkj about them at there peak of power and Kabuto at his peak of power had 30+ edo tensei shinobi in his arsenal.
with that being said he would curb stomp Naruto
nahh i think that can only hold when they die at there peak which kabuto did not, also its an excuse because kabuto is crap now also naruto can still kill kabuto regardless of edo tensei
