1. Naruto defeated Kabuto when he was a kid with his rasengan now that hes more skilled and smarter he will defeat Kabuto because first naruto has perfected sage mode because he does not have any toad features as to Kabuto he has an incomplete sage mode because you can see snake features so kabutos sage mode is imperfect while naruto has mastered his sage mode.

2. As stated before naruto defeated Nagato he would have killed Nagato himself but hose not too but would have easily succeeded even Nagato was shocked that he couldn't control naruto at close range.

3. As for Tobi he doesn't even want to go one on one with naruto he's hiding behind the seven kyubi he already possess after naruto defeated all of them RBI still doesn't want to face him as we seen in the recent manga he's again summoning some one or something to fight naruto why because as we all seen naruto keeps calling out Tobi and smiling which means naruto has something planned for him as we all know naruto has been the second person whose been able to land a hit on Tobi besides minato and because Tobi underestimated minato he got beat down and was forced to retreat so because naruto is minatos son he knows of to underestimate naruto or else hell get beat down again this time by minatos son so that's why he's too scared to face naruto one on one he's just a p***y whose trying take advantage of an exhausted naruto after have someone else fight him if he's so positive he can beat naruto than why doesn't he attack naruto? Simple he's not so sure he can beat naruto he's hesitating he's a p***y.

4. I admit Madara or hashi would give naruto a hard time but like all know they shouldn't underestimate naruto he always surprises people and succeeds when people expect him to fail.

I believe that Tobi and the current Madara would defeat him.

In my opinion, Nagato would lose to Naruto now due to Naruto's ability to make clones. KM clones in an attempt to hold off the summons as well as distract Nagato. SM clones disguised Rasenshuriken or other attacks could confuse Nagato and if he uses Preta Path, the sage chakra might turn him into stone. He could have SM clones disguised as objects in the environment to have them attack or distract when the time is right.

Without SM though he would fall prey to Preta Path.

Ummmmmmmm no if I remember correctly Tobi used the other tailed beasts to attack naruto and took advantage while naruto was taking on the tailed beasts he's never tried to take naruto on one on one why because he's not so sure he can defeat naruto

Naruto will ultimately beat the main villains due to plot. But as far as his ability to do it with ease, he is a far way from powerful. Having the power does not make you powerful. But it is how well you use it to your advantage. If he is as almighty and strong as the thread poster states he is, then Tobi should not be alive right now. He should be dust along with the Gedo Mazo statue.

But we know that Tobi is still holding his ground against such a powerful force. So Naruto himself still is not as powerful as some believe he is. Give him some time and he can be unstoppable but until the end of Shipuuden, he will not have an easy time defeating any of the three main villains still around.

IMO I think Naruto will probably submit to martyrdom in order to save the Shinobi world. I don't think it will be quite equal if he is still around after Ship, since an older version of himself will practically make every other ninja fodder. Interestingly enough, he could possibly die as the Hero of the Shinobi World, something similar to how the Sage held the Juubi in his body until his death.
