My belief is that sasuke will die in the end against tobi with naruto, and sasuke will give naruto his eyes, giving naruto the rinnegan he needs to truly be the reincarnation of the sage.

That probably won't happen cause in an interview Kishimoto said the last fight will be Naruto vs Sasuke.

a few flaws in your theory... for naruto to fight the juuyubi he will no longer have the nine tails chakra. you state that naruto will fully master nine tails chakra but will still fight juuybi... how? so6p had rinnegan and mastery of all elements, ninjutsu etc... will naruto then obtain a rinnegan? the sage split his power into body and eyes, hence he cannot "be reincarnated" unless the eyes and body are reunited... will sasuke implant naruto his eyes? naruto cannot be s06p nor on his level... at most he would resemble the younger son and sasuke the older son... that is the direction kishi is going... just my two cents

Tobi currently has 1/8th of the 8 tails, and has the two kumo brothers sealed within the treasures of the 6 paths that both have nine tails chakra. that was the point of stealing the treasures because they had the nine tails chakra giving him the required pieces he needs to create the juubi..... doesn't matter how much of it he has if he has the chakra tobi has the juubi

and we also have no idea what kind of powers naruto would awaken by combining the two souls together....hahaha you just looked so deep into that its a theory, if he has the soul of the 6 paths who is to say he doesn't have any of his abilities. and it hasn't even been established how to obtain the rinnegan all there is is that its a step above the sharingan, but also things have been flung around to do with senju, and if he has the 6 paths inside of him he'd obtain all the abilities......... i don't see how i wasn't clear on that..

Sorry dude but most of the power Rikudo had came from the Juubi. We all knew he was a powerful Sage/Monk and Fuinjutsu Master but don't think for once that he had all of that power from the beginning. The eyes and body power both comes from the Juubi or the body could have came from him being from the Uzamaki Clan.

If Naruto ever became the Jinchuriki of the Juubi then he will get the eyes and the body and yes that means the Rinnegan..

Your skipping to far ahead... We don't know if the only requirment for creating the juubi is just capturing the tailed beast even if tobi said so. We never thought there was another sage mode or izunami but look what Kishi poped up on us. The fact that the the tailed beast gave Naruto thier souls ,and the fact that they have souls has to play a role in there somewhere. Im not saying will or will not make the 10 tails, but we have to wait and see what Kishi will do with the storyline. Seems like he's poping up a lot of new unpredictable things.

The sage left his eyes and his body to his two sons. Based off of what we see in the manga Naruto is slowly resembling the sage of the six paths.

When he first awakened nine tails chakra mode he looked like a premature sage of the six paths, that was the start of him controlling the nine tails and slowly getting the third part of the sage.

As their father, The sage left behind his body to his younger son, and eyes to his older son. It is later assumed that the nine tails and the sage had some sort of relationship seeing how the nine tails cried when the sage was going to separate the 9 beasts throughout the world.

My guess is he left the third part of him behind inside of the nine tails, his soul. He left his soul into the nine tails and his soul to be released to the child of prophecy which in turn ends up being Naruto.

When Naruto and the Nine Tails combine more of their power together he starts really resembling the sage in a young adult form. And when Naruto and Kurama fully master the nine tails power that is when Naruto will have the sages powers in full, and my guess is is that he will fully awaken that power in the second battle with Tobi (I'm predicting to be three, the first one being the current fight going on including the fight w the tailed beasts)

During this second fight with Tobi I think something will occur in Naruto's conscious that the sage will awaken and talk to naruto and give him the power to defeat the juubi, cause that is realistically the only way he is going to defeat the juubi. OR I think that somewhere along the story Naruto and Sasuke are going to fight Tobi, and Naruto will die in this process and I think at that moment the sage will appear to Naruto and Naruto will be reborn as the sage. When Naruto becomes the sage, and confronts Tobi for the last time, that will be the third and final battle, During this of course Sasuke will try to avenge his best friend/awaken the rinnegan.

Naruto has the soul of the sage of the six paths inside of him and the story is he is destined to combine his soul and that soul into one whole being creating the second coming of the sage of the six paths.

Also if this is the case, history will repeat itself, Naruto will become the 10 tails and eventually he will split there power into the 9 tailed beasts again and the 9 tails will cry because he had a close relationship with Naruto. In the chapter where the sage speaks he tells the 9 tailed beasts that one day they will all become whole and separated again.

Lastly while Naruto was freeing all the jinchuriki, all of the tailed beasts were saying "Naruto is the" "Yeah I know..." or something amongst those lines. The tailed beasts must know something behind Naruto and the Sage.

Not saying Naruto is or is or is not the sage. He certainly is not as strong as the sage. But he is 16. Who know what will happen. The sage was an old man before he passed which means he lead a full life. If Naruto lives this long he will 100% become stronger. Now im not saying he will be as strong as the sage but I am saying there is a chance this could happen. None of us write the story. Kishi could make Naruto a god if he wanted too.So why close your mind to the thought? Naruto is not the sage and not as strong as the sage that is clear. but we never got to see the sage at 16 did we??

The reason I said that the show is called Naruto because him being the main character, the possibilitties are limitless. It's all up to Kishi where he wants to take Naruto. I agree the sage is gone and will stay gone.

Funny no one references Kurama recognizing Naruto as being similar to the sage weather it be personality or whatever. Thats what Kishi wrote not me. where he takes that , we have to wait and see though.

I am going to humor you and know that you did not read anything on the forum but the first post. THE JUUbi is the origin of the Body and Eyes Rikudo had. So it is definitely safe to say that if Naruto becomes the Jinchuriki of the JUUBI he will get everything and will not have to borrow a watered down Rinnegan from Sasuke. HE will get all the power from the source, the JUUBI..
