Hi there. I will explain to you why Naruto is the reincarnation of the SO6P.

As you can see, the Juubi saw the Rinnegan within Naruto, therefore he screamed. The SO6P also had the rinnegan. My thinking is that the Juubi screamed when he saw the rinnegan was because he thought it was the SO6P.
