He's a decedent, is pretty strong, has a great heart and only wishes well. He's able to change people from their wrong paths.
I hope he does become the next, if not he's still the second best after the six path or someone who has become as close. Sure tobi is strong but he doesn't have the personality of heart. The six paths wasn't evil..he only meant well and naruto will still become stronger as he gets older.
