I understand what you said (to be honest I only read half), but Naruto is pretty smart in battle. Overall, Shikamaru and Kakashi have the highest known I.Q's in Konoha, facts. (To lazy to look for scans, I am at work lol).

Naruto proved that he is most intelligent and smart shinobi so far which means others like sasuke,kakashi and shikamaru have the skills which can surpass naruto in terms of tactics and intelligence

I am not saying that naruto will always be smarter than others but he proved to be smarter so far..

My point is that naruto proved himself in war arc to be smarter than others which doesnt mean that he always be smarter than others..

Naruto has good insights and of course he is smart. He follows his guts, sometimes things go well, sometimes they go wrong.. The chances it goes well is called plotshield and since he is the main character, it goes well a lot.

There is one huge flaw in your thread. In all of the examples you used, he was not making any informed decisions, nor was he creating a strategy that would give him an advantage over the long term of the battle, they were small improvisational plans that would make way for longer strategies to be created. Saying he is the smartest ninja on the battlefield is far from the truth, but he is the smartest improvising ninja.

Naruto is as stupid as he could get. He doesn't deserve to be Hokage, he's not a leader. He can't think for himself and would need an advisor. He just simply wasn't born with the brain of a prodigy.
