Naruto is ''strong'' Ok, very very strong.. But being ''badass'' has a lot to do with Charisma, Character, talking and acting tough etc..

Naruto is not even close to 'badass', like i said, he's very very strong, but definitely not ''badass'', especially with the way he carries himself, yelling, acting a fool, jumping into attacks without thinking etc
