Well One Piece is more comical XD You can't compare two completely different Mangas. Luffy and Naruto aren't too dissimilar. Naruto loves ramen and Luffy loves meat. They both go full on crazy if their friends are in danger, in reality I think they would get on swimmingly.

Not only is Naruto the weakest out of the 3, he is also the farthest from his goals.

The only people who can beat Naruto now are Hashirama, Madara and Minato.
Compare with the person's present abilities because the story is progressing.
Obito has no access to the gedo, jinchuriki paths or the juubi again. Naruto will beat him in this state.
Kabuto has no sage mode again, so Naruto is far stronger. And dont bring trash names like Itachi, Sasuke and co, Naruto has surpassed them.
And am pretty sure that if Nagato comes to Naruto currently, Naruto will beat him...as I said, the story is evolving, Naruto has learnt all about the rinnegan and he has faced Nagato already, he'll know how to beat him.

As for those 3 names up there, wait till Naruto becomes the juubi jinchuriki with a rinnegan, you'll tell me who can face 1000clones of Naruto with the rinnegan each.

Naruto is closer to being hokage though :| the series is ending, where as One Piece has A LOT to cover.
