Naruto is the definition of "Hard work"?

I feel like Neji and Lee are the true definitions of "Hard Work"

As a member of one of the Hyūga's branch houses, Neji was forbidden to learn many of the clan's strongest Jutsu. Being so gifted, he had in spite of this been able to learn how to perform these techniques from observation.

Defensively, he could use Eight Trigrams Palms Revolving Heaven to expel chakra from his body and deflect all incoming attacks. His uncle, Hiashi, was deeply impressed that Neji learned how to perform both of these abilities on his own, and came to believe Hizashi, and by extension, Neji should have been the successor of the Main Branch.

We all know his hard work! No question ask!

No...Naruto is beyond mere hard-work...he's never give up no matter what.

Lee-repeatedly doing the same over and over

Naruto-Think outside the box to accomplish what should be impossible.

Naruto worked hard for sure, but he doesn't even come close to being "the definition of hard work". In fact, he just had so much innate capability and support to help him out throughout his way, the time he spent on his training lasted very short, he learned things immensely quickly due to his body capability and potential, that I'm not sure whether to associate Naruto with true hard workers or not.

Even Lee was stated by Kakashi to be a traditional ninja genius for being able to open five gates at age 14.

Neji was already a natural genius, and having byakugan made it easier to decipher and use jutsu.

Excluding Neji, (because we never actually saw him train that much) Lee and Naruto are the hardest workers, it's just that Naruto overcame alot more socially and physically. Though to be fair, so did Lee, but his problem was more ridicule, Naruto's was hate. Lee had Gai's undivided attention to teach him everything about taijutsu, Kakashi neglected Naruto in part 1 in favor of Sasuke, and If it wasn't for Naruto's persistence to get Jiraiya to train him, he would have been stuck out of luck.
