Naruto is faster than Sasuke in foot speed.

Naruto is physically stronger than Sasuke with additives such as sage mode. According to the fourth databook without additives and just stationary base,Sasuke is stronger which is fine but Naruto can trump that gap with SM. Sasuke is spacially faster, Naruto would be physically faster. In other words naruto has enough energy to make his speed keep momentum. Sasuke does to but it's amplified by his spatial abilities.
They are both power types and speed types. They just happen to have a lot of both.
The difference between them is their method of fighting. Naruto is the crafty one and Sasuke is the intelligent and analytical one. It really boils down to who "chokes" first

Naruto has always been stronger than Sasuke, His base chakra pool is 4x greater than average, with all nine biju, and Sage Mode, he has virtually unlimited chakra. And he is fast.
The only thing holding him back is that he cant rely on himself, but instead on the Biju's power. And he lacks variety and skill, literally using the same 2-3 techniques and has no genjutsu, shurikenjutsu, fuinjutsu skills ect, he could do so much more but it is what it is.

Naruto is stronger. Manga fact. Only thing kept Sasuke keeping up Naruto in vote 2 was the presence of bijuus. In Boruto, they had to find a way for Sasuke to keep up with Naruro, or Sasuke would not have mattered besides opening up the portal

To be honest speed comparisons in NV are too unpredictable....speed varies as per plot...because when in KCM naruto dodged Raikage's punch that made his foot speed equivalent to Minato's FTG........

but when it comes to Naruto and Sasuke...i guess Sasuke is definitely faster than base Naruto....but after that untill and unless Sasuke uses Ameno Naruto is definitely faster....
