So through out me reading all the manga again and again to just further summing up everything for me i believe kishi is up to somthing.
Would you not say that it keeps showing again and again that Naruto can change people like he did with gaara, the raikage, nagato, and so on. So a jutsu to where he could just change someones heart would probably make me just stop having hope for the series but, a simular tech is going to come along just watch.
Naruto: With just talking he changes people (sign 1 of this jutsu)
Naruto's Sage Mode: he is able to since peoples intentions (so you could say that is sign 2)
Naruto Bijuu Mode: lets him since energy like he did with zetsu (sign 3)
Naruto always goes into a space when hes talking to kuraama or the other tailed beasts that could be the basis for the jutsu like he goes into that with people and that is how he will show them peace and stuff.
So what would the move be? Its pretty basic now that somehow Naruto will become the Sage of the Six Paths all of the tailed beasts were referring to him being like him and the nine tails said so i think everyone knows this now. Well why would Naruto not become even greater then the sage to boost up the story. He will master the juubis power and recreate the tailed beasts i think then with all the power hes gonna get somehow he will be able to shed "LIGHT" with his new super jutsu that shows truth in the world to reunite them and let the whole world have peace
Naruto is going to fully master the tailed beasts to gain more power to let him see the truth of everything. I believe that the sages like the frog and dragon/snake are incomplete forms of this which is why Naruto goes into sage mode to meditate on things when hes having trouble deciding the truth. Maybe you have to master multiple sage modes in order for him to get the technique but i think it will be somewhere along the guidelines of the reaper death seal or like nagato guedo maza spirit dragon soul stealing thing, it could be anything.
Naruto's move will be like he will see all the evil and good in someone and will show them the truth or peace to turn them good or maybe something like the fountain of truth. He is eventually going to be OP just wait
