Well yea we haven't heard naruto's answer to peace yet. After all this time he still hasn't come up with a reasonable answer but sasuke has. If naruto wants to do something like what the sage wanted to do, he will fail like the sage had failed time and time again. At least sasuke is doing something different, something thought out which makes sense even if it does have flaws.

Naruto knows Sasuke sticks to his own ideas, and is at a loss about how to make Sasuke react. In spite of his experience with even Pain.

Besides he understands what Sasuke means, but he does not agree with it. Problem is that he does not agree in his heart but has no way to prove his point in an argument. Not because he is stupid, how many of us can provide a really valid argument for an everlasting peace between countries when we know that what "true peace" means varies from one culture to another?

Willingness is good but it is never a plan. Sasuke's plan is not good, but at least he has one (though as I said in a thread, I think he is trying to lure Naruto into killing him and that's why he has not attacked Naruto directly with his strongest move).
