Sure lots of things in manga are copied from the real world but does it really matter all I think counts is the storyline who cares if some techniques are simillar to other anime. The Naruto storyline is extremely complex and original in my opinion.

He's saying thAt lots of these anime series are based on some kind of japenese mythology. Not saying that naruto's jutsus are a copy off from hxh. Examples of jutsus that are based on mythology would be like susanoo,tsukyonami,Amaterasu, yin and yang release , and some summoning techniques like danzo's elephant/tapir summoning
