Naruto is probably the best anime in the world.

If you put Naruto Shippuden against Bleach, Bleach is better.
However, include Naruto Part 1 and Naruto probably takes this overall, ever so slightly. I say that because it holds more consistently as a story (plus i'm a sucker for nostalgia). Nevertheless, I will always prefer Bleach characters over Naruto characters, Kubo just knows how to make things badass.
I will say though, it seems that whenever Naruto is slacking, Bleach has an uncanny knack of delivering the goods. Bleach's current arc far surpasses the Naruto War Arc at the moment, and things haven't even fully kicked off yet.
Anyway, I respect your opinion, but I don't think either Naruto or Bleach can be considered the best anime in the world. One Piece can just about stake a claim due to popularity (and the fact that it is actually an epic story) but there are a hell of a lot of other anime out there which are considered absolute gems.
