Well it's really simple, Naruto is enhancing his strength using Kurama's chakra the same way Sakura does it that's why we don't see Sakura kicking cuz it's hard to control chakra on your legs.

Hey dumba*s you do realize that both him and sasuke use chakra to enhance their bodies in both examples right?! I mean you can't be this stupid especially considering they literally explained the 8 gates to you and how it uses chakra to remove the body limits and enhances you which is what the beginning of the primary lotus is i.e. what Sasuke used to kick that much larger adult into the air.

Oh and let's not forget that stupid example of Naruto using clones.... They both use chakra but Naruto chose to use his differently because he can't just learn a move instantly by looking at it so he improvised and used his shadow clones to get the same result all while being safe. And he didn't have control over the nine tails chakra at this point plus his eyes didn't change so I doubt he would be able to willy nilly throw it around.

And he was smart to use the ninetails chakra to protect his fist when punching a f*cking sage tool used by essentially a god of shinobi. And again he was enhancing his strength the same way Sakura does not because they are weak (well can't speak for sakura) but because they need a boost to get the job done and become more effective against a person who can take out half an army by himself.

Sasuke's kicks proves he is physically stronger cuz you can't enhance your legs the same way with chakra control.
