This is just a theory of mine, i have no true evidence that its true but it is inferred quit a bit in the Manga
MY THEORY
The Nidaime Hokage (Tobirama Senju) was secretly married (like Minato was) and his wife had a child, most likely after he died fighting the Kinkaku force.
That child went on to either marry into the Namikaze clan (if there even was one, im not really sure, they said Minato was an orphan) and became Minatos biological Mother/Father. (This is why Minato and Tobirama look almost exactly alike, minus skin tone and hair color.)
also, it was said that both Tobirama and Minato where great trackers, both showed skill in S/T techniques, and it was said that Minato, Tobirama and Naruto had very strong affinities, Tobirama having Water and Minato and Naruto having wind.
My biggest piece of evidence (although this is also just implied) is that In the Manga, It was said the strongest Senju and the strongest Uchiha are destined to fight. (Madara and Hashirama)
Naruto was told by the great toad sage that He was destined to fight a Man with powerful eye, he was told this AFTER his fight with pain, and there's really only 3 people left with "powerful eyes" and we know for sure that Sasuke and Madara are Uchiha, and there's a good possibility that Tobi is an Uchiha as well.
Lastly, Naruto has been shown to be pretty strong, even for his smaller size. The Senju where said to inherit the sages body, while the uchiha got the eyes. and when Naruto uses kyuubis chakra, he looks like the silhouette of SO6P, minus the eyes.
Tell me what you think, could he be part senju? even if Tobirama is not his Great grandfather, i believe that he is still part senju.
