I will give you my reasons why I think 3 riningan jiubi jin madara is above naruto with ashura avatar
Ok. 99% sure that the manga will disagree though.
first, he has rikudo senjutsu ,rikudo chakra along with all jiubi chakra except that naruto has ,so I think his PS while he is jiubijin would be mostlikely around sasuke’s biju PS ’s level which alone stalemated with naruto and his ashura avatar ,add the fact that jiubijins can summon the jiubi and use his great destructive power ,and madara would clearly have the edge
Naruto also has Rikudo Senjutsu, 1 Bijuu, 8 pieces of Bijuu, and half of Hagoromo's Chakra, along with the Nature Energy he absorbed in the last chapter. Madara's Susanoo is nowhere near Sasuke's Susanoo as he only has Rikudo Senjutsu Chakra powering his Susanoo. Sasuke has Rikudo's Yin Chakra powering his Susanoo, then he took the Bijuu, fused them together (Juubi) and stuffed them inside the Gedo Mazo. Sasuke's Susanoo is pretty much the same as the Gedo Mazo+9 Bijuu, which equals Juubi, but in this case, the Juubi's chakra is inside a much much stronger vessel.
Naruto's final attack might be stronger or in the same ballpark as the Juubi's Bijuu Dama considering it did half

. Wind even blew Kakashi away and he's nowhere near the Vote. Regardless, summoning the Juubi for combat is fanfiction, when it emerges its the Shinju as it evolves inside the body of the Jinchuuriki. Not to mention it won't help since Onmyoton negates all its attacks. So no, Madara doesn't have the edge.
if naruto’s avatar stalemated with biju ps , naruto wouldn't be able to win against ten tails +jiubi chakra ,rikudo chakra and rikudo senjutsu enhanced PS
Except all Madara has is a Rikudo Senjutsu enhanced Perfect Susanoo. He logically can't do what Sasuke did and him doing it period is nothing but fanfiction.
also there is possibility that madara can use some mocktun clones with PS
1. No evidence.
2. Fanfiction.
3. Madara's PS would be in the same ballpark as Sasuke's w/o Bijuu, the Asura Avatar is equal with the Bijuu PS that fodderized 4 Kurama Avatar's, which are equal with Sasuke's PS w/o Bijuu. Madara's clones get buttraped even if he can pull it off.
second : madara has great advantage due to his immortality and greatest regeneration abilities
Immortality is the only reason that Naruto can't finish him off, doesn't change who's stronger.
all I can say is that madara as a jiubi jin d idn't use anything near his full power ,all he used were limbo, gudomas( which minato teleported before he fought naruto and sasuke),CT and regeneration abilities
so I think full power jin madara would beat full power naruto mid diff

I also forgot madara’s IT which If madara could cast during the fight after some distraction ,he would end this fight
he already was able to district sasuke (without biju PS)and naruto (without ashura avatar )with some CT
several CT, jiubi with his bombs , PS clones ,limbo can be enough to distract naruto
1. IT doesn't make Madara stronger than Naruto.
2. Madara using Several CT, Juubi, PS clones, and Limbo at the same time is nothing but illogical fanfiction.
