This guy only has 50% kurama and a small amount of every other biju and he's strong enough to hold his own against juubijins(i won say he wins because thats to opinionated) Imagine if this guy had 100% kurama or even became a juubi jin. he'd probably be the stronger then madara and very close to the sages level.

Current naruto is likely the strongest so far in the manga, based just on feats. He matched sasuke's strongest attack despite being almost completely drained. He was kicking around madara as a juubi jin too. I just don't see anyone past or present beating him as he is now (not tired i mean)
