well my questions are simple;

1. before we actually find out next week, can it actually one shot anybody, anything?
2. is it really the strongest jutsu?
3. will it affect the juubi.

well Kishi wouldn't write anything it doesn't mean so, hears my pick.
naruto is going to use clones but make more then he ever has with the help of the allied shinobis to form the biggest wind cutter.

That jutsu is useless against Madara and Obito. Obito can just slip through attacks and Madara is an edo, he will just get regenerated again!
