Why do you automatically assume he's a Sasuke fan? In one of his other posts he called him "Sasugay" too, so I'm doubtful that he is a fan of him.
Not every Naruto hater is a Sasuke fan, you know -_-
Anyway on topic: I really doubt that Naruto is the most hated one in the entire serie. If that's your opinion, fine, though I find it weird that you hate the main character :/
One of the most hated ones is actually Sakura, not Naruto

I Wanna Bring up Some Points here everybody knows the battle at the valley of end but Many people dont get the fact that sasuke actually couldnt have won the battle if Naruto had intensions to kill him.
Ok So lets start from the battle at the Hospital Roof :
Sasuke was obviously jealous of Naruto for getting stronger & Stronger those He was Fighting to destroy Naruto While Naruto was Fighting for his Dream to get fight against his Rival. and this is actually interesting the Moment sasuke did this Naruto Knew Sasuke is making it a personal Battle

First of all, Naruto is awesome. Second of all the most hated and useless character in the NarutoVerse is Tenten.....
I honestly disagree, naruto is intelligent in the fashion of battle and tactics. He see's somebody's strength and uses that against them in almost every case. for example " the absorption path of pain, he used his sage energy to defeat that path. He used the third raikage's strongest weapon against himself to defeat him.
you're right he is not book smart, but he learns fast.
people are not underestimating Sasuke, people are just annoyed that he constantly refuses to listen to reason and is blinded by his own selfish ambitions. People are also annoyed that he constantly spams susanoo and amatarasu.
you can't argue that he is powerful ninja. just needs to get his head out of his ass. Although he is going to get more information before deciding what to do.

I agree with you at some parts but Naruto not wanting to kill him is not a reason why Naruto could have won. All the fights Naruto has had with an akatsuki, including Pain, they werent trying to kill him since they needed him ALIVE. Soooo i guess Naruto didnt defeat Pain XD
