I mean what Jubbi saw in Naruto wasn't the Sage, but Naruto reminded of Sage for Jubbi. However, Sage prophecized that one day someone will bring together tailed beasts like he did himself:

IMO, if Naruto had been the reincarnation (whereby SO6P) of SO6P, Kurama recognized it all time time he was inside Naruto. Maybe the Sage has seal his consciousness or Chakra inside the nine beasts, which is released when these beasts are brought together by someone. Any idea?

Just an FYI: It's a bit confusing the way you word some of your sentences.

My main reason Naruto IS the reincarnation is due to having the 6 whisker marks immediately after birth BEFORE having kurama sealed into him. I also believe the culmination of all the tailed beast chakra will eventually make a change inside naruto whether that be unlocking "a sealed consciousness" or unlocking "knowledge/power"

The Juubi saw the Sage's essence in Naruto, just as Kurama saw Madara's essence in Sasuke, does that make him a reincarnation of Madara? It's possible that Naruto is a reincarnation of the sage but there is not enough evidence to support it, yet. Personally, I think it'd be cool if he was but I reserve judgement on it.

It's very plausible that Naruto is the reincarnation of the So6P. The reason why Kurama might not have recognized it sooner was because he was filled with so much hate and disdain for being sealed away. It hasn't been until this war that Kurama has actually looked at Naruto as worthwhile.
