Really when he stopped noodles from going out he was certain and black zetsu confirmed it was because of the Rinnegan Susanoo that the OT couldn't get through to the others. Sasuke can be unsure but not black zetsu so your fanfic fails there.
Yes black zetsu is Kaguya's will of course he'd be fine. Your proof is because black zetsu was fine therefore fodderuto would be fine.

Who knows. Only boruto can show us the true power of the tenseigan since he's the main character so I'm pretty sure tenseigan will get a lot hax and development in the future. Rinnegan is pretty haxed so I think tenseigan need something out of this world in order to match or be better than the rinnegan.
